If you are using your Chinese name for your bank account, we will need to update the name in your BullionStar account to match the name as per your NRIC before we can credit the order.

Please click on 'Your Account' at the upper right corner after you have signed in followed by 'Account Details'. You can update your particulars under the 'Customer Information' section. Please also click on 'Document Upload' at the top to upload a copy of your identification document (NRIC, Driver's license or screenshot of your Singpass digital IC)
