To set up the joint account, please follow the steps listed below:
1.Click on ‘Your Account’ at the upper right corner after you have logged in and select ‘Account Details’.
2.Please enter the full name of the joint account holder under ‘Customer Information’ and click on ‘Save Changes’.
3.Lastly, please upload valid government-issued photo identification documents (Passport, National Identity Card or Driver’s license) for both account holders by clicking on ‘Document Upload’ for us to verify and approve your request.
After a joint account holder is added, both account holders will have full legal rights to the holdings in the account. Any physical withdrawal or audit from the account in our retail outlet at 45 New Bridge Road S(059298) will be preceded by a review of the account holders physical identification document that must match the ones in our system.
