As part of our efforts to constantly improve our customer's user experience, we are always hard at work developing new features that will benefit our customers.
We noted you have had issues with the 2FA SMS previously and we do understand the frustration that you face when you are trying to log in but are not able to do so. As such, we now also have 2FA capability with Twilio Authy, Microsoft and Google Authenticator. With the Authenticator, you may find that it could suit your needs better.
We have attached a helpful guide at https://www.bullionstar.com/help/2-factor-authentication to help you set up Authenticator as your default 2FA provider.
